I found myself in an incredibly stressful situation just one day before I had to return my leased vehicle and move out of state. I had originally booked another detailing company weeks in advance, only for them to suddenly triple the quoted price at the last minute. On top of that, they were rude, condescending, and made me feel like the pet hair and stains in my car were some impossible task - even though I had been completely upfront about the condition of the vehicle from the very beginning.Feeling completely panicked, I reached out to Onyx Detail Collective. Robert responded immediately. From the moment we spoke, he was calm, kind, professional, and incredibly reassuring. I explained my situation, and without hesitation he said he'd make it work, even though it meant squeezing me into an already busy schedule at the last minute. Not once did he complain about the pet hair or the condition of the car. His pricing was also extremely fair and reasonable for the amount of work involved.The next morning, he showed up bright and early, took one look at the car, and simply got to work. No complaints, no excuses - just 5+ hours of incredibly meticulous work in the scorching Texas heat. Throughout the entire process he was friendly, accommodating, and clearly took pride in what he does.When I saw my car afterward, I was genuinely speechless. It honestly looked newer than the day I picked it up from the dealership. Every surface was spotless, the interior looked brand new, and somehow he managed to remove years worth of pet hair and wear.
