If I could have chosen all 5 attributes that Mr. Lopez was great I would have. I am a single mom and have no knowledge about cars and don’t like to bring my car into a car repair shop for maintenance. I requested a quote for spark plug replacement and he was the first to reach out, had time the same day and kept communicating with me, when he would arrive. Price was very reasonable and when Autozone sold me the wrong spark plugs, he even went and exchanged them for the right ones. I was very happy with the service, him checking if anything else was wrong and being very polite. Will definitely ask for his service again.
