My name is Jeff, and I am excited you are putting together an event. Finding the right speaker is a critical piece of the event that really adds that WOW factor!
Just a heads up, I don't have many reviews on this platform as I haven't used it very much. Jeff Butler is an author and workplace strategist who explores human behavior within the working world. His experience spans over 40 industries in 4 continents on how different cultures and employees interact with each other. He studies common threads of behavior in industries such as IT professionals, underground utility workers, police officers to clothing retail chains. In addition, companies like Google, Amazon, John Deere, and Coldwell Banker. As a researcher and practitioner, he also runs a consulting company and a tech company, TrinityFix where he is able to test his ideas in different workplace environments. His ideas have made it to TEDx twice, appeared in dozens of media outlets including two books on human behavior:- The Authentic Workplace and The Key To The New You . Currently, he lives in Dallas, Texas as an out of place Californian.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That really depends on the audience, event etc, but in terms of numbers it can range from $2,000 - $15,000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone just to see if there is a fit, if there isn't I always provide other speakers who might be able to help.
If there is a fit, we discuss topic needs, demographics, topic length etc.
From there contract is sent along with an initial deposit.
Afterward, we start putting together the content for the event and will share the content anywhere a month to two weeks before the event with the event planner to ensure we are on the right track. If this is a newer space for us, or a very customized program, then we will meet as many times as necessary to ensure it's a home run performance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors Degree from UC Berkeley in Computer Science.
