- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are transparent we charge by the hour $50/man per hour plus a fuel surcharge (dependent on distance).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our initial call I'll ask various questions about the job request pictures or a walk through if possible. After coordinating a date and time a confirmation call or text will go out to ensure that nothing needs to change, push or cancel.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a White Glove Moving Company for 10 years. I got extensive training in all aspects of moving. I learned how to properly pack general house items as well as make/pack custom boxes for sculptures, bust, Chihuly bowls, Lalique, Herend, etc. I also know how to handle any type of furniture such as antiques, grand father clocks, all pianos, crating of art or furniture, hanging of art/mirrors/tv's. I've ran many many jobs cross country, rest assured your belongings are in good hands.
