Hello there! I am so excited to start helping you plan and/or coordinate your special event! Whether it's a birthday, anniversary, proposal, or wedding, I am ready to put the Spotlightz on it. I've had the joy of planning, coordinating, and hosting events from exemplary organization to flawless execution for about 2 years. I am favored in making things happen, and pressing through unexpected situations without my clients worrying. First, Mandy (SPOTLIGHTz Events) is AMAZING!!! Mandy’s guidance and suggestions made our royal birthday party truly stress free. She was organized and took care of everything on the big day. She had wonderful vendor recommendations, including our live band, whom all our guests loved and still talk about. Her attention to detail allowed not only my brother and me to enjoy the day but also our families and friends. Mandy handled all the organization, decoration, and printing of the VIP seating chart. She truly went above and beyond, and after the event, all my friends raved about how impressed they were with the work Mandy exhibited on my birthday. Not only does Mandy excel at her job, but she is fun, artistic, and a joy to work with. I could not have planned my birthday without her assistance and guidance. Thank you, SPOTLIGHTz Events!!

Okay, so I've worked with countless event planners and I am extremely pleased and relieved to have found my new go-to event planner for everything I work on moving forward. I could write a book about how wonderful Mandy and her team are. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and overall customer service were like nothing I've ever experienced. I work with very high-profile clients and I also run a business so customer service and quality of service is very important to me. Mandy was able to put together an exclusive event for one of my clients and his colleagues within 30 days and the event was a huge success. She has amazing connections and was both accommodating and flexible with all of our last minute requests, special services, bookings, etc. I live and work in Atlanta, but the event was for clients in Dallas, and she performed far better remotely than anyone I've ever worked with locally. I've already recommended her services to all of my friends, family, and associates because the experience was so great for me. For this particular event, we needed NDAs, at least 5-8 vendors, photo booths, phone check services, lighting, DJs, catering, etc., she found all of those plus the perfect venue that accommodating all of our needs. My clients can be extremely demanding but she handled all of their needs with poise, class, and professionalism. She also was able to anticipate things that I wouldn't have thought of myself which is important for me, because I'm often juggling too many things at once. She was very honest and upfront and we actually ended up falling just below our budget, which never happens! I can't say enough about Many and Spotlightz Events. 10/10 would recommend for any special occasion, event, wedding, etc. You will not be disappointed.

Mandy did an excellent job, yet again. I called on Many at Spotlightz Events to coordinate a private event for very particular clients and she delivered! I hired her to help last year and she did great work so I decided to retain her for this year’s event. I was very please with the work she did, even with last minute notice she pulled off a miracle and we are very appreciative. Highly recommended!

Mandy helped coordinate a surprise party for me! The event was simply wonderful. After speaking with my friends and family they were raving about how easy she was to work with and how organized she was with everything. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone!
