Jason was the absolute best. First, he was very helpful and responsive in coordinating and setting up. He figured out a way to accommodate everything I wanted (and more!). Dealing with him was so easy.. an absolute blast. Importantly, the food was amazing. Every single one of my guests made a comment about how delicious everything was. Jason is an exceptionally talented chef. I would recommend contacting Black Bottle Dining and Jason anytime you had a chance for a private dining experience. The best!

Chef Jason cooked my husband and I a wonderful five course meal for my husbands birthday. From the very start of working with him he was responsive, professional, and was able to meet the challenge of our dietary restrictions.
