Chef Willy did an amazing job! He is very responsive, with no gaps with his communication. His responses were quickly and professional. I hired him as a private chef for a friend birthday. The day of the event, he showed up on time and was very well prepared. Now let's get to the food. His lamp chops were to die for. They were so tender and seasoned so well. We also had quiche, French toast, eggs, smothered potatoes, and bacon. When I say he did that, he really did. My friends and I were really impressed.

Chef was on point! Hired him for Father's Dinner for my Husband. He helped come up with a menu, was super communicative leading up to and on the day of. He was laidback & super personable. The food....he more than delivered on. We chose Steak, Shrimp, Potatoes, & Broccolini. The sauce on top was amazing. For dessert it was mini Strawberry Shortbread. Needless to say we will be using him again. If you want quality, professionalism & great food good with him!!
