Introduction: Hi I'm Danielle owner of In Sight Organizer! My company prides itself at being the perfect solution to anyone in need of Full Service Home and Business organizing and packing/unpacking services. Each booking provides multiple reps for faster and affordable pricing ($65-165 per hr). Projects can range $260-500 typically. $65 per hour which includes our team of two supporting your organizing need and $20 for each additional person. More hands on deck means lower overall cost and faster service. We have Covid-19 Precautions and Video Consultation for your safety. Our company can rebuild and design your closet and install all garage units. As well as pack and unpack your home and provide full organizing services for your business. Simply put, If you need help... we can help. My company is: detailed oriented, loyal, trusting, hard-working and reliable. OUR PROCESS: 1. Initial message. Fill contact form on website. 2. Send photos of your space as is to our work number, Thumbtack, or email. 3. Mandatory FaceTime, Duo, or Instagram video consultation over the phone. 4. Supply request: SEVERAL packs of hangers, heavy duty black trashbags, containers and or storage units. (Customer purchases) 5. Pay $65 booking deposit. This goes towards your booking cost if you don’t cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hour notice. 6. Schedule appointment for four minimum or more hours. Please note if you decide to not take booking suggested timeframe or reps you run the risk of not having your space completely finished. Typically 8-12pm, 12-4pm, or 8-4pm is preferred but any shift is fine (Monday-Sunday) and client is not required to be home for service just give access. ( Please note all of these are required or requested based on professional skill level and to complete your project. Hangers and trash bags ARENT optional but any additional options suggested to organize are up to clients. But without these items this can cause the project not be properly complete but not always needed.) BEFORE AND AFTER pictures will be taken for business proof and example of results. In Sight Organizer transformed my otherwise disorganized abode to a beautiful, clean, well, and neatly arranged apartment. The team members led by Danielle (Dani) are very professional and meticulously do their work with total dedication, precision, and perfection. Upon completion of the consultation, Dani is very honest upfront about setting client expectations. She goes through the charges very clearly and gives her customers unlimited chances to ask questions. After the work is done, Dani takes her time to walk through the house with the client to ensure the client is satisfied and if anything needs to be redone she is always ready to redo it. She is quick to respond to emails and very . She is very helpful when it comes to choosing the time frame and the number of team members required to do the work. Please make sure you follow her honest guidance especially when she tells you that the more the team members you request, the better it will be for you because in the end you save. I was very impressed with this company's work and I would like to recommend them to anyone out there looking for a serious professional Home Organizer. Oh..and they also label all bins with your laundry or any other contents making it easy for the client to know where things are stored. I therefore give them 5 Stars without any hesitation. OMG I have no words. We had a really challenging move, I was tempted to try to tackle it myself and got panicked and overwhelmed. I called In Sight Organizer and they had six people at my home the very next day! They completely emptied my garage and got me to a place where I could actually see the floor! I love what they did with my laundry room! The crew was respectful, offered suggestions, and fast! I booked six hours thinking it would take just that long to get the garage clear, my garage was done in 2 hours and they were able to focus on other areas of my house! Thank you so much! The entire experience was just what we needed! A series of life events just piled up our house where It didn’t feel like home. Dani was amazing from the get go! When she came with her team it only got better. Their approach was not pushy, only helpful!! Organization was key as several projects were happening simultaneously. I had a mess that we pulled out, tried to sort, we’re overwhelmed and put it back in the room. The prelim interview was key. She had a plan and executed it perfectly!!!   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    4-8 hour shift, But nothing less than 4 hours will provide assistance with a project. Any time frame is fine even as early as 7am or late as 6pm. Preferred timeframe 8-12pm, 12-4pm, and or 8-4pm BUT open to any need accommodations. Hourly rate: Organizing: Based on project $65-$165 per hr Moving Packing and or Unpacking Based on project $85-$165 per hr I can get you organized as soon today, tomorrow, or this week/end.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    After reviewing our website please fill out the contact form and you will be called in less than 2 hours. In the meantime text or email images of your space. All details will be used on initial conversation and consultation. To book deposit is required. If measurements aren't provided they will be taken on consultation as well as notes of the project needs and or materials. From there a scheduled date, plan, and design for the project will be created.
