Michelle is so patient and knowledgeable as a fitness expert. She makes it fun, and I get a good work out. I can tell she really cares, and wants to help me get to a better fitness level. She is even considerate of my age, and current physical condition. She is very encouraging and a great coach and cheer leader all wrapped in one. I definitely recommend her services. It’s working for me already with flexibility and strengthening exercises. I am highly satisfied with her fitness training.

Ive been working with Javad with BaB PT and he is an amazing trainer. Im 61 and had not worked out in a couple of years. Javad first utilized my own weight for resistance, he then moved me into weights and now we are increasing the amount of weight Im using. I feel great and see muscle tone developing. I highly recommend BaB and especially Javad.

I would like to Reccomend Build A Beast to anyone who is thinking about learning how to have better sleep, feel more energetic, learn about what you are eating or just perhaps tone up. They are very patient and knowledgeable. NO FLUFF they truly want you to learn and get results. I have also participated in events that they have hosted and they are very generous with local non profits that help children.
