I have been working with Alexa Singleton for 4 weeks and its been awesome! Always on time, she has been every encouraging and motivates to push hard during workouts. She is very good technically focussing on form to get a good understanding of each workout. The workout plan as well as meal plan is very well devised considering all my requirements. I can already see progress with my upper body strength(which was the focus). I would highly recommend Alexa S for personal training.

I've been training with Nina for about 3 weeks now and she's been awesome! She's always on time and in a great mood :) She's very encouraging and pushes me to eat right and finish my reps. And she brings a lot of new workout moves that have been challenging and get me sweating in no time! I've already noticed I have more energy and a greater range of motion. I have been training with Luke for 4 months now, and trust that he is one of the most dedicated and experienced fitness trainers around. I have always struggled with gaining weight, most likely because I never ate enough. I was weak and very, very unfit. I lacked basic confidence. At that point, I knew I had to make a noticeable change - I had to gain muscle and weight. Over the years I have joined various gyms, fitness classes, etc. but I would always drop off after a week or two, mostly because I never knew exactly what I needed in order to achieve my goals, and the entire process just felt boring and useless. Luke is a rare fitness gem. He is extremely helpful, motivating, and accommodating. He customizes every session according to my requirements, thereby making it fun and challenging at the same time. Following Luke's nutritional guidelines, I have noticed a considerable difference in my eating habits - it's remarkable. However, consistency with exercise alongside diet is a major key here. Additionally, I am much stronger as well as toned. Luke: - Ensures that I am always applying correct lifting techniques in order to avoid injury. - Is very polite, punctual, and reliable - always ready to start a session with everything planned ahead of time. - Is as committed to my goals as I am and, henceforth, the guidance and accountability he provides are really fruitful. With Luke, every day is a new day. He puts me in a position that pushes me to accomplish my goals by feeling engaged, and he never pushes me beyond what I can handle. With him, I know I have started my day just right. I know how tempting it is to think that, 'I can join a gym on my own, I know a few workouts, I know how to feed myself right'. But believe me when I say: 'You need a personal trainer. You need someone who is there to guide you through the process. You need someone who helps you focus on your final goal. It really makes a difference.     We have very affordable pricing. Our biggest deal is the $30 for 30. $30 session for 30 min. Add a friend for $10 more.

    First is doing a FREE consultation to get to know our client. Then it’s measurements and putting together a plan to get them to their goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We all have national certifications from organizations like NASM. Also we have weight loss specialist and nutrition backgrounds.
