Dubs was everything I could have asked for in a personal trainer ! My boyfriend and I decided to start working out together, and even though we were at different fitness levels, Dubs made the weekly training sessions effective and challenging for both of us. He was very accommodating with our busy schedules, whether it meant switching our the time, the day or the location of our training. Warren is extremely motivating and flexible-what I consider the two most important things when it comes to personal trainer. He knows when to push you and knows how to modify exercises when you need to pull back. He makes working out enjoyable (but you're still sore the next day!). Even though I have only been working out with Warren for a short time, I have already seen great results and love working with him. He was very thorough with my assessment and together we set realistic goals. He customized a personal, easy-to-follow eating plan for me and encourages me throughout the week. Our workouts are intense but I always leave feeling great. Working with Warren, aka Dubs, has absolutely been a life changing experience. Overall he has helped me change my diet, my workout routine, and ultimately my mentality towards health and fitness. Dubs is very knowledgeable about personal training and is superb in helping his clients receive the results they are looking for. After working with him for only about 3-4 weeks, I had already started to see some great results! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?No I don't, mine is very simple and easy for clients to understand. I go by the hourly rate for all of my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Everyday I do research with some of the top websites material. I have accredited books with information about nutrition and workouts that I research weekly. Also I am pursuing continual education through NASM, to become a more knowledgable trainer. My goal is to be the best personal trainer I can become, and to help as many people as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?After transforming my body from super skinny to very muscular, I began training friends and family members. Instantly I would see results in them and it sparked something inside of me that made me feel very good. I began training people for free and getting testimonies that helped me build clientale, so basically I learned that I love what I do!
