I’m a highly skilled personal trainer with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I hold a Master’s Degree in Coaching and have refined my expertise to help clients achieve their fitness goals, from building strength to enhancing athletic performance. As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a USA Weightlifting Level 1 (USAW Lv-1) coach, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical skills to every session.
My passion for fitness drives me to specialize in creating customized training programs tailored to each client’s unique needs, whether they’re beginners or seasoned athletes. I combine evidence-based techniques and proven methods to help clients improve their physical health, build muscle, lose fat, and boost overall wellness. Whether you’re aiming to improve strength, mobility, or prepare for a sports event, my background in coaching and strength training ensures you receive the highest level of training.

I’ve been training with Chris for nearly three years, and I honestly can’t imagine working with anyone else. His passion for fitness is truly inspiring and shines through in every session. Chris is not only professional and punctual, but he also brings the structure and consistency needed to turn fitness into a sustainable lifestyle.
What I appreciate most is his ability to tailor each workout to fit your unique needs. He pays close attention to detail and adjusts routines based on how you’re feeling that day—if you’re having an off week, he’ll work around it while still delivering an effective session. His dedication and energy are contagious, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found such an amazing trainer.

Chris helped me love fitness again!
I was an athlete a long time ago, but hit a low point over a couple of years. Working with Chris kept me consistent and helped me push through the hard of getting back into a fitness routine.
He builds really engaging workouts, and we’re able to do so much more in one hour together than I would ever accomplish by myself in the gym. I’ve been working with Chris for about 7 months now, and feel so strong.
I’m so thankful to not be in pain every day anymore, and to look in the mirror or in pictures and feel comfortable, even LIKE what I see! Picking an outfit is no longer such an emotional experience on a daily basis.
I’m a much stronger person physically and mentally since I started training with Chris every week, and I’m so thankful for it!
