First Session and Consult is Free - Currently offering a sliding scale of hourly in-person rates from $50-$80 while I get my business established Q4 2025.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with understanding you. We discuss your goals, current habits, and any limitations or preferences. We will start with a short consultation to talk about what you’re looking for and how I can help. From there we will schedule a one-on-one complimentary session to assess your fitness levels. From there, I create a personalized plan that fits your schedule, ability, and priorities. Every session focuses on good movement, steady progress, and clear communication — so you always know what we’re doing and why. I like to keep things efficient, motivating, and tailored to your lifestyle.

1200+ hours of In-Person Training Sessions in New York City. NPFT Certified - National Federation of Personal Trainers Focus Personal Training Institute Master Class - New York City) - a 6 month in-person program program focused on professionalism, biomechanics, program design, and client results. CPR/AED Certified The University of Texas at Austin - B.S. Computer Science Professional Tech Career - 7 years in Austin, TX. Software Development and Technical Sales. I know firsthand the demands of long hours at a desk, constant meetings, and the physical and mental toll that lifestyle can take. That experience helps me design programs that meet real people where they are — improving posture, energy, and confidence for everyday life.
