Many people find it intimidating to go to a gym, and that is why Elizabeth focuses her training in home or at the park. There is also no need to have equipment. Elizabeth uses body weight, dumbbells, resistance bands, TRX, and other small props to ensure a complete body workout if no equipment is available. Elizabeth works alongside her clients on a variety of fitness journeys.

My husband and I have been training with Elizabeth for 2.5 months now, and we truly could not be happier! I knew that I wanted to work out together at a park with someone who would encourage us to set and reach our health and fitness goals. Elizabeth has been perfect for us! We meet at a great spot near the Katy Trail. She is a great teacher and always has exciting workouts planned for us. She incorporates circuits, yoga, kettle balls, and TRX. She also has great advice for eating and exercising at home. We are thrilled with the results we already see and feel. Elizabeth is wonderful, and we highly recommend her!

I am glad I have found Elizabeth as my personal trainer. She is very professional and always on time for our sessions. I am a slim and petite girl and was looking for a personal trainer to motivate, and help me strengthen and build muscle (without adding bulkiness to my body) . Elizabeth was the right trainer for me ! We were able to achieve that thru series of floor exercises, lightweights, and yoga movements. The thing that I like most in Elizabeth is that she would correct your forms and educate you on what this movement is supposed to be doing for your body. Little things but it helps for me to understand what I am doing and making sure that I am using the right muscle to perform a movement correctly. Trust me, not all trainers do that. I am sure she is very capable (and probably already did) to help a wide range of clients with different needs. But in my case, she was able to address my needs and I am thankful for her help.

Elizabeth is amazing! I have been working out with her twice a week for 4 months and plan to continue to for as long as I possibly can. She listens to me and creates workouts that are a great fit for me and where I am that week personally. We do Yoga, Pilates, Weights, Circuits, Cardio, and many other forms of exercise. I have become so much stronger and just more fit in general. She is helping me attain my fitness goals that I didn't have the motivation to attain on my own. She's sweet, upbeat, and a joy to work out with!

Elizabeth does a great job integrating individuals needs into each session. Always has a wonderful attitude and cares about who she is working with. Love having her as my yoga instructor and hopefully more to come!

Elizabeth spends time with each student rather they are new to her classes or a consistent student. She works to guarantee that students enjoy their class and feel amazing at the end of class.
