I became a personal trainer for many reasons. I would have to say the number-one reason was to make an impact in the lives of the people around me. Be it large or small, a healthy lifestyle change is a positive impact that can last a lifetime. I enjoy seeing the smile on the faces of my clients once they have obtained their fitness goals and are headed towards the next one. What motivates me in my personal workout routine and life is the idea that you can always do better today than what you did yesterday! There are always areas that need improvement, be it in the gym or in day-to-day life.
