Anyone who knows me will tell you I hate exercise and am not fond of gyms and trainers! It has been 4 weeks since I have been working with my trainer from Gymguyz, Kevin. I work out with him at my home twice a week and am really enjoying it. Kevin is very professional and also attentive to form, and I like that. He explains what exercises are targeting what muscles and I appreciate that information. The workout still kicks my butt , but I am eager to see what new exercises we will be doing each meeting. I have also started to walk 2-3 miles 3-4 days a week. I also like we are in communication at least daily to check on how I am doing. I also like that the website has a list of exercises for me to do on the days I dont work out with Kevin or walk. Thanks Gymguyz I am glad I found you !
