FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I strive to accommodate students in terms of travel: I am available to meet in home, apartments, parks, etc. I have some materials I can bring to sessions, and will strive to incorporate your likes within the session. I offer deals for referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct a fitness assessment and screening on the first meeting. The purpose of this meeting is to establish fitness and health goals, get to know each other, become familiar with health history, and determine fitness level. This is a free session that will allow you to understand how I work and my process as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional dancer studying Physical Therapy. I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Dance with a Minor in Physiology. I worked for a corporate gym for 3 years, receiving two personal training certifications (ISFTA and NCCPT), one specialty license in neuromuscular stretching (NASM), and developed professionally as a strength and conditioning coach. I enjoyed working in the rehabilitation side of training, and gravitated towards studying Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, and therapeutic rehabilitation. I have a state license as a Chiropractic Assistant. I regularly attend strength and conditioning workshops. I have a certification in Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers through the American Red Cross.
