We used Brilliant Design to make a champagne balloon arch for my husbands 40th birthday. Brianna did an AMAZING job on the design and set up! She was on time, very professional, and just an overall nice person! highly recommend!

Briana was everything I needed to help me bring my vision into reality for my 40th birthday celebration. She answered every time I called, she got everything I asked for in a timely fashion, she was patience with me through my entire process.
