- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. All of the packages are listed on the website for each session. We do offer one-time lessons but they are not reserved a weekly time slot. To have a reserved weekly lesson you are required to commit to the current session which is approximately 4-5 months in duration.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to find ways to engage each and every student with music they actually enjoy so its most helpful to decide that before the first lesson so the instructor can come prepared to guide the lessons toward that specific goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our faculty have a Bachelors Degree at minimum as well as several teacher training courses and certificates.
