  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was drawn into this training when had a back injury due to a ski accident that left me in pain for 9 years. I worked out and had a personal trainer in a gym 3/days a week, but I was still in pain. I was then introduced to a Pilates Instructor and knew there was something different that agreed with my back. I did further online research and found STOTT PILATES method and I was sold! I went through all the teaching and decided I found my niche.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    THIS IS PERSONAL TRAINING IN A PRIVATE STUDIO. Providing Core Stability instruction for clientele with spinal injuries, fused vertebrae, Hip, neck,knee issues. Advanced Training for athletes, beginner training for those new to reformer, cadillac, barrel, etc. Accountability for clients who need to stay on track, creating a program for weight monitoring, back strengthening, flexibility, etc. Each week the exercises progress and is designed to strengthen the weak and challenge the strong.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    I've had over 7,000 hours of private training to clientele of health care professionals (ie MD, Dentists, Teachers, etc) as well as Cancer patients and young girls in rehab program. It is essential to choose a reliable Certified Instructor to assist with correct verbal cueing and imagery during Pilates core exercises on mat or machines for a more effective session to see & feel the beneficial results.
