Eddie and his team did an EXCELLENT job power washing a large area for us. This included our driveway, pool area, patios, and sidewalks. Once he finished, it’s the best these areas have look in at least a decade. He is super PROFESSIONAL, with great communication. He showed up on time. Also impressed me how they moved all the outdoor furniture and put in back in the exact spot where we had it. I highly RECOMMEND them for any power washing needs you might have. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand the customers needs for cleaning and restoration. Collect a bit of information pertaining to the job and location. Schedule an on-site or or over the phone estimate. Upon approval of estimate we then schedule a preferred time and date for service. Following invoice once we have completed and surpassed customer standards.
