- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by square footage, no trip charge or any additional charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, after speaking with customer, I do online or in person estimates depending on what works best for the customer. After customer approves the estimates, I schedule the job. On the day of the job, I will send customer notification when I head over and let the customer know ahead of time my arriving window. After I arrive on set, I will walk the property checking existing damages if there is any and document it. Then I will get my property protection check list out and make sure the outlets are covered, windows are closed, and pre water the plants etc. After I finish the job, I will check in with customer if they are home just to make sure they are happy with my work before I head out. Last but not the least, I will send my customer and thank you letter the day after the job, and thanking them for the business.

I have an engineering degree, and I had training with Doug Rocker Pressure Washing School in Houston, TX and King of Pressure training with Jason Geiman.
