I believe in transparent, straightforward pricing. I offer flat-fee and cost-efficient brokerage options designed to save clients thousands compared to traditional percentage-based models. For property management, I charge a flat $150 monthly fee, and for tenant placement, 75% of one month’s rent. For buyers and sellers, commissions are flexible and clearly outlined upfront — no hidden fees or surprises. My goal is to align cost with value while protecting your investment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a consultation to understand your goals — whether you’re buying, selling, leasing, or investing. From there: - Strategy & Pricing Plan – Market analysis and customized approach - Execution – Marketing, negotiation, screening, or contract management - Risk Protection – Compliance, documentation, and oversight - Ongoing Communication – Clear updates and structured follow-through I focus on setting expectations early, keeping communication clear, and managing every detail from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and active investor with over 15 years of hands-on real estate experience. I work extensively with TAR contracts, Texas Property Code compliance, leasing laws, and property management regulations. Prior to real estate, I worked as an IT Consultant serving Fortune 500 companies, where I developed strong skills in project management, budgeting, systems implementation, and risk assessment — all of which directly enhance how I manage transactions and rental properties.
