Hunt personally came over and talked us through the PropertyManagement process. We are now a few months in and could not be happier with their service. We never have to worry and they are super responsive to any questions or concerns we, or our tenants, have.

Out of the thres Leasing Agencys I talked to, Hunt was the only one with a clear plan on how he was going to lease my house. He was also the only one to tell me (without me asking) the down falls of leasing my house. He told me about what it takes and costs to get a dead beat tennant out and other things that can go wrong. As someone who didn't want to rent out my house if the first place but had to, he scared the hell out of me. However, when it was time to do it, Hunt was to guy who impressed me most. He got some repairs done that need to be done to get the most money and attract the better tenants.

I could not be happier with my choice of management company to take care of our house on our behalf. They took away all our stress when they took over. They don't just focus on one or two aspects of managing your house but are involved in every aspect of renting and managing the house. Everyone at Huntahome is professional and considerate. My favorite thing about the company is that they have different equally competent and considerate people in charge of the different aspects of renting and maintaining your house which is why nothing gets neglected. House maintenance, showings, price adjustments, renting process, financial aspects are all dealt with in a timely and efficient way. Last but not least, every single person at Huntahome is extremely prompt in communicating which is extremely important when you are trusting someone to look after your house and the finances associated with it as you move to another state/city.
