1. Do an initial call to understand your goals and priorities
2. Recommend a plan that works best for you with a free rental analysis
3. Visit the property to do a free readiness and code compliance assessment
4. Sign a management Agreement
5. Take pictures of your properties ( preferably vacant and fully clean)
6 Market your Property on up to 100 websites including the biggest ones and on MLS and realtor websites across Texas
7. Screen and place a qualified tenant in your property
8. Ongoing management giving you peace of mind!!!
