- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NO PAYMENT is made until the JOB IS COMPLETE TO YOUR SATISFACTION and ALL PROCEEDS ARE RECEIVED from your insurance company. We will NEVER ask for money upfront. They subscribe to Xactimate: source for a price list, based on each region, that keeps the pricing uniform, per scope of work, for each region based, on supply and demand , the changes each month. When you are discussing the price, you might be saying "how much is this job going to cost me", but what you are really trying to ask is "how much is this job NOT going to cost me?"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call for a free roof inspection so we can determine if your home has enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. If so, it's simple: We handle it from there and provide you a "Hassle Free Claims Process"
