- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Weather its a repair, replacement, or roofing inspection we come out and inspect the roof and give you an estimate on the spot. appointment time 20-50 minutes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Its important for us to be the best at what we do. its in our name and a core value. some of the ways that we do that is by training in our field. -All lines Adjuster certification: we went through the insurance adjuster so that we can help our customers better with their insurance claims. -Product training: our installer go throw training on installing our shingles. - We only install the best product and we stand behind our installs.
