He got me a quote quick and got to work right away once I decided to go with him. What sets him apart is his communication! He kept me in the loop and was engaged during the whole process. Inspections are completely free. All project pricing is completely customized based on the customer's needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet with new customers, review their project and understand their needs and expectations. We then create a plan customized on their goals and objectives that can be executed at a timeframe that is best for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in roofing and construction since I was young. My uncle started a roofing supply company, where I used to sweep the warehouse, while also working for another family members roofing company.
