My experience with Ruff Roofing was great ! it took a while to decide to go with them because we have solar panels and that can be a task. i was quoted something crazy for removal of the panels by a different company then Ruff Roofing said they could handle it all and that was my determining factor. I really appreciate Dell for continuing to follow up while we researched our options. He was exceptional throughout the process. When it came time for the work to be done, it was all handled very quickly. We had panels removed, roofinstalled and gutters installed all within a week. The process was smooth and they were attentive when we requested something be rechecked.the only small issue is the clean up was not done very well. i wont take stars off for that but they left our satellite dish hanging off the roof, pieces of shingles we in my trees, and debris still in my drive way after completion. They did send someone back out to clean that up but it should not have been left like that in the first place. and to this day i am still picking up nails from the roof. Not too big of a deal though it wasnt too many.overall i am extremely satisfied with the work. We even referred my uncle to get his roof done too! i would def recommend them.

We truly appreciate you trusting our team with your roofing project, especially with the additional coordination involved with your solar panels. We're thrilled to hear that Dell provided exceptional service and helped make the entire process as smooth as possible.
We also sincerely appreciate your honest feedback regarding the cleanup. We apologize that this portion of the project did not meet our standards. While we're glad our team was able to return and address your concerns, we understand that everything should have been properly taken care of the first time. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving our services.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Ruff Roofing, we believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Our rates depend on the size of the roof, the materials you choose, and the complexity of the project. We offer competitive pricing and often provide discounts for referrals or when customers choose to bundle services. Our estimates are free, and we make sure all costs are clearly outlined in writing before any work begins. Any potential extra costs (additional material upgrades) will be discussed upfront so you’re never surprised.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first things first, we like to start with a free Inspection. We’ll come out, take a good look at your roof, and chat about what you need. We’ll go over the options, talk about materials, and give you a clear estimate. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll put everything in writing—scope of work, timeline, payment details—so you know exactly what to expect. From there, we stay in touch through the whole process, so you’re never left wondering what’s going on.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We’ve worked with all kinds of people—homeowners, property managers, real estate investors, and even businesses that need a new roof. Whether it’s a cozy single-family home, a multi-unit building, or a commercial property, we treat every job with the same care and attention. Our main goal is to make sure you feel good about your decision and are completely satisfied with the results.
