- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Of course I do! I belong to numerous online photography groups and visit their inspirational pages and tutorials daily. I also belong to The Kenai Fine Arts Guild and the Kenai Peninsula Photography Guild where I receive daily emails and information. My favorite photographer is Trey Ratcliff. I receive emails from him as well as staying up to date with his news and tips on his Stuck In Customs website. I have every photo editing program he suggests.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I followed my Dad around shooting photos right along side of him since I was a child and developed a keen interest in composition and the unique aspects of photography. As a previous model I paid attention to my photographer's style of shooting and development. My camera goes everywhere I go and with the enormous amount of compliments to my work I knew this is what I wanted to do.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Head shots, individual and family portraits, reunions and social events. They always call me to do more!
