They did a fabulous job , Will was the technician who did a thorough review and gave an initial quote on work to be done and Miguel worked on the deep cleaning of the pool . Miguel was very hard working , punctual and Will kept us well informed about every step . Level of dedication in work is much appreciated Miguel worked hard in rain as well to get the drained pool cleaned . We are very much satisfied with their work and we are hiring them for monthly checks too

My air sensor shorted. I contacted 3 pool services. Will from Bright Pool Services responded quickly. They came out the next day. Gave me the quote then came out the following day to fix it. I was at work when they fixed it so when I got home I noticed the air sensor shorted message was still on. I contacted Will. They came out the next day and fixed that too. Overall very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism. Plus no charge to come out. I would use them again.

After we agreed on a monthly service, he came once to perform the initial job. He did not show up for the next scheduled appointment, and I tried reaching out to him for a week with no response. When he finally answered, he asked me to pay for the first service before returning to complete the monthly service. He has been completely unreliable.

Bad communication, did not do what was committed.
