What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I check the pool equipment and the pool water. I then let the client know how the equipment is working and if it needs improvements. Finally, we talk about how many days the client wants the pool to be serviced and price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Im a Certified pool technician. We also have the certificate for Manager of Pool Operation.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working for a reputable company as an assistant to the pool techs. Started working my way up and stayed with the company for ten years.
