Doug is a true professional. He was punctual and courteous. He assembled my Ikea bed quickly and he knows a lot about Ikea assembly. After talking with him, he knows a lot and can handle many different types of projects. I am having him install a ceiling fan next. Great guy. I highly recommend him.
Lori and her assistant did very good assembly work for a couple of furniture items. She was on time and professional.
SH!T EVERYWHERE! Literally!! The absolute worse movers I have ever used and I have moved at least a dozen times. RAY was the rudest person ever. Let's start with the beginning, they show up and ask me to pay up front for 3 hours without knowing how many we will need or use even though there is only a 2 hour minimum. I said I would be happy to pay them the 2 hour minimum and the remainder when they finished after we knew how much time was used. I got nothing but attitude from RAY. Then RAY decided to use my bathroom without asking while LEAVING SH!T SPRAY EVERYWHERE!! When we politely asked him to clean up after his disgusting self he basically refused saying there was no paper. THERE WAS. Then they leave the job without telling either my girlfriend or I and they had not even packed up all of our things! They literally drove off leaving the media center, coffee table, TV and chairs all there. When they got to the destination they refused to unload the truck without being paid upfront for another full two hours. Then I leave for one moment and when I come back THEY HAVE MY PAINTERS HELPING THEM MOVE my washer and dryer and sofa! In the end they left everything disassembled and dirty and they THEY HAD THE BALLS to tell me I was over time by FIVE MINUTES. Not only am I infuriated and disappointed, I will be taking every single legal action to make sure RAY cannot do this to other people and to get reimbursed for the cost of having to move my other things that they left behind.
I hired jason to assemble furniture for me during a client installation and he was such a help. He effectively assembled everything I needed even when the directions were not included. He kept the job area clean and was very professional.
I worked with Jerry for the second time today and was just as pleased as the first time. He assembled my rowing machine in record time, it is whisper quiet and works perfectly. He is punctual and professional. I’m sure I’ll rely on him for all of my future assembly needs. 😊
There were two workers. I have to give major props to Jaime! He was professional, fast, he knew exactly what was going on, and did everything to make my move smooth. If not for him, I would have pulled my hair out. Jaime packed up my bathroom, bedroom, clothes closet, hallway closet, and hallway in the amount of time it took the other worker (main person?) to pack up the kitchen. One. plate. at. a. time.... :-/ I'll let you read between those lines. Thing is, if they had finished sooner, I would have tipped even higher! Loading and unloading was fine, but again, this is where Jaime shined over the second worker. I was very clear about where I wanted most items, but Jaime went out of his way to set up my bed so I could be comfortable on my first night in my new place. The other worker kept acting confused about a lot of things: "That bookshelf isn't going to make it up those stairs", "where do you want that box again?" "what room are you talking about????" Then he made a comment that moving my electric piano would cost extra even though it wasn't on the initial quote--even though I included it on the things I needed moved. The comment came out of nowhere halfway into the move. I took a lot of time to make this review just to make sure I was calm, but even a month later, it all still applies. The main worker made a couple of comments that don't apply to the move that still left a bad taste in my mouth, so just for next time: Don't worry about hourly rates, just get the move going; your customers will appreciate it. If they don't compensate you then, they will in either the reviews or word of mouth...ie, more business.
Mike was excellent! He put together my IKEA Malm bed very quickly (less than 2 hours). He picked up my bed and transported it in his truck. He was also very patient when I took longer than expected to get the keys to my apartment (I still had to move in! I was coming from the airport and then met Mike at IKEA. He was also very considerate in driving down roads that didn't have tolls. Mike is very friendly and I highly recommend him if you need your furniture assembled or transported!
Texas Furniture Technicians were very quick to help me out with one of my customers. I hired them to remove a large swing set and package it up for return and then assembled the replacement quickly and beautifully. They kept all of their appointments and helped me make my customer very happy after she had a terrible experience with another assembly company. I will hire them any time I need professional and friendly assistance! Michelle S.
They did an awesome job with my move. They communicated well and even helped assemble our furniture!
I hired a 3 man crew to move my furniture from a 2 bedroom on the 3rd floor, to a 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor. The men were really nice. They were able to handle all of my requests no problem. They took apart my bed, and assembled it at my new apartment. They also hooked up my washer and dryer. I have used various moving companies in my life. I moved each year during college, and have moved multiple times since then. These have been the best movers so far. I have had others that complained about my furniture or that the apartment was not on the first floor (even though this information was given when first scheduling the move). I have ones that did not seem to care about the condition of the objects or if something broke along the move. Others were just not nice. These guys were nice, courteous, noted the condition of objects, and very helpful.
Steven was excellent. He not only helped this pregnant lady assemble the furniture but cleared up the boxes and went over and above with putting the pieces where I wanted them too. I would definitely recommend Steven for all your household furniture assembly or any minor/major construction needs. He got it done pretty quickly too.
this man david posey and his crew was so professional on making sure all my items was secured. he didn't charge a extra fee JUST because I had pool table even though it was a slate top. he charged a hourly fee. he don't complain about nothing just got it all done. even when I was nervous or acting out about finding items that was previously packed he was patient. I asked him how is he so patient he said JESUS! I'm glad I used him and will use him again
I needed bed furniture moved to my apt from a house. Alex and Eddie arrived at the residential home on time. This could have been a sensitive situation b/c the elderly homeowner had passed away the day before and his children were anxious to move some furniture. However, they were very professional, arrived dissembled the furniture, etc. Arrived at my apt and dissembled my bed and allowed me time to clean underneath the bed and rest of the room (very patient) before moving furniture into bedroom and assembled the bed for me. Would definitely recommend Youngstars and will definitely use their services again.
Said painted the interior of my house and WOW! Such quality workmanship. I could not be happier. He was punctual, professional, easy to communicate with by phone or text and I'm very satisfied with the price and time it took to complete the project! I will definitely use Said in the future and will also recommend him to friends. Great working with you, Said!
He was great!! Very professional and even took the time to show me how to use my new multi functional space saver table for my apartment. I'll definitely be calling him again for future projects 😁
