- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some services require a $100 non-refundable reservation fee. Please refer to our pricing sheet in the photo gallery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Crystal started her training in the 9th grade while attending the R.L. Turner High School Academy of Media Arts and Technology Program. She then completed her 4-year degree in Radio / TV / Film and a 2-year master's degree in Interactive / Virtual / Digital Communication from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Joseph Hite attended the Ohio Broadcasting School (now known as Ohio Media School) before completing a 4-year degree in Radio / TV / Film at the University of North Texas. Both staff and assistants are encouraged to stay current with the latest filmmaking, audio, and photography techniques and trends via LinkedIn Learning, pro-bono work with non-profits, and many other written and visual resources available.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We first started out providing pro-bono and practicum work during our college years. We would make videos for our clubs and organizations before freelancing for income. Our staff also have worked in their respective fields. Crystal has done work for companies such as the University of North Texas, Planet Depos, and Southern Methodist University. Joseph has done work for companies such as Latimundo, Dallas Media Park, and Cumulus Media, Inc.
