I’m quite the organizational queen – so I had no problem planning all the details of my wedding myself. However, once I started thinking about the actual wedding day and how I wouldn’t have time to make sure everything was set up correctly or that I wouldn’t be able to manage all of the vendor drop offs I started looking for a day-of coordinator. When I noticed the very on-trend and organized booth of Celebrate Colorfully at The Dallas Swoon Event and spoke with Megan about her services, I knew I’d found exactly what I needed! She was always available via phone/email and checked in on me regularly to make sure everything was under control. From our initial meeting to our final planning meeting (where she brought super cute macaroons and champagne!) I always felt at ease knowing that Megan and her team were not going to let me down on my wedding day…and I was right. We didn’t have to think about a thing the day of except getting ready and showing up – it was awesome! Thank you, Megan and team!

Megan was great. She met with us several times before our wedding to make sure we all knew what we wanted and that we were on the same page. On the wedding day she was at our venue early to set up and everything looked great. During the reception she worked with our caterers and DJ to make sure everything moved along smoothly and even served our cake for us after we realized we hadn't asked anyone to do it. She's very friendly, very organized and helped make our day one that we will remember forever.

Megan Willis truly did an outstanding job as wedding coordinator for my wedding. She went above and beyond her agreed upon duties to make sure our day was special. From 2 months prior to the wedding she was in constant contact with me, always checking in, helping me contact vendors, make decisions, and following up on outstanding items. When the wedding day came she could not have been a better person to have there with me. She coordinated the entire reception set up, checked in with me constantly, did exactly what I asked of her at the last minute without a single complaint or hesitation. Everything was always easy and simple with her and she made me be almost stress-free on my wedding day! If you are hesitating on hiring a coordinator, don't. And you better book Megan with Celebrate Colorfully quick because clients are going to start spreading the word about her and weekends will fill up fast! I promise you won't be disappointed-you'll be thankful, grateful and in awe of her talent :)

Megan was originally hired as our day of coordinator, and we added her last minute to be our florist as well. Hiring her was hands down the best decision we could have made in our planning process. She took all of my scattered thoughts and ideas and turned them into a beautiful ceremony and reception. She took the time to answer all of my questions the whole year leading up to our wedding, and was always helpful and friendly. I really feel she went above and beyond, and was just all-around amazing. As for our flowers, I was a budget bride and was planning on doing them myself the day before the wedding. Last minute, I began panicking about time and about the fact that I had no idea what I was doing. Megan came to the rescue and delivered beautiful and affordable arrangements and bouquets, better than anything I could have hoped for. Overall, Megan was fantastic, and I would recommend her to anyone who wants someone to be their support, their organization, and their calm during the crazy that is planning a wedding.

I'm not sure how to even put into words how amazing Celebrate Colorfully and Megan are! We were one of Celebrate Colorfully's first clients and worked with Megan for over a year (Full Coordination Package) to create the wedding of our dreams. She was there every step of the way. Celebrate Colorfully is a new business, but you'd never know based on their professionalism and attention to detail. Because they were new at the time, they hadn't worked with a lot of vendors, but Megan was always very good at researching vendors based on the specifications I wanted. I'm sure her vendor list has grown exponentially since our wedding as well. Throughout the weeks leading up to the wedding and, more importantly, on the wedding day I had absolutely zero stress. Megan and her team set everything up beautifully! We made a few changes to the reception schedule on the day and it all went smoothly. It was honestly the wedding of our dreams and we couldn't have made that possible without Megan. If there were any issues on the day we would have never known about them. And when we asked if she could get some cake set aside for us because we had no time to eat it, she did. And it was great to be able to eat our cake in the hotel room later while we talked about how much we loved our wedding. You cannot beat Megan's prices! As we said, we were one of Celebrate Colorfully's first clients so we got a ridiculously good price. As she's grown her business, her prices have gone up slightly (rightfully so!). Even though we got a great price, we made sure to tip her well because we felt that the rate she charged us undervalued her services. She's kind, funny and incredibly knowledgable about all things wedding. Hiring Celebrate Colorfully to coordinate your wedding will definitely be a decision you will not regret!
