I don’t have enough words to describe how amazing Tiffany was leading up to and on our big day! I sincerely could not have done this without her. She dealt with every email I sent in a timely manner and always encouraged my ideas while staying on budget. I cannot recommend her enough as a wedding planner. I connected with them in a colleagues wedding because I noticed that they knew their job. When I reached out for my own wedding planning, they didn't disappoint. The entire Ruban team was an absolute dream to work with. I was not into being a bride. Planning a wedding gave me so much anxiety but thankfully, Shamecha was sweet, patient, and super organized. She helped guide me through the entire process and even went above and beyond to make sure that everything with the venue was taken care of. The entire team was so amazing and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the DFW area. I could not say enough about the vendors they connected us to, our dj, photographer, and the location we got to choose. They are the best!!!

This review is long over due! My husband and I hired Ruban as our day of coordinator for our 10/22/23 wedding, and looking back it was the absolute best decision I made while wedding planning!! From our first phone call I could tell how passionate Pat was about her job & learning more about my vision as a bride. Throughout the entire process the team understood what I wanted and never made me feel like to needed to change my vision, which I loved! Although some of the team members were indifferent at some point, but the our main day of coordinator was resilient. She was quick to find solutions to problems on the day of, and our wedding day ran so smoothly because of her hard work. I will gladly recommend Ruban Bleu to anyone looking for a coordinator.

Shamecha and Josh were absolutely AMAZING. There are not enough compliments and words to describe just how amazing this Ruban bleu team was. We felt very comfortable since minute 1 of meeting them till even now several days out from our wedding. The team made us feel so relaxed and allowed us to be in the moment and enjoy our wedding. They went above and beyond to make our special day that much more special. Giving them a 5 star review would not even begin to scratch the service as to how much of an amazing job they did.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are offering five wedding packages that will surely give you the service and experience you are looking for. Our complete planning package has everything that you will need to ensure all the details to make your dream wedding are flawlessly executed. But if you think you already planned everything right but need someone to boost your confidence, choose our partial planning package. We can also customize your wedding package, depending on how you would like us to proceed with planning your special day. During your initial consultation with us, we can help you choose what package would be best for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial consultation where we ask you about your dream wedding, give you ideas and inspiration, and help you decide which wedding package would be best for you. The next step would be choosing your Wedding Package, and it is when you will decide which is the final package you would like to have to attain your dream wedding. When you are done choosing and paying the deposit for your desired wedding package, we will onboard you with the things we need to expedite your wedding and walk you through our processes and timeline.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always indulged in planning events for the people around me. I specialize in personalizing diverse events for each client and handling stressful event situations with grace.
