- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-Clients are charged by a flat hourly rate. -There is a 2-hour minimum for all services. -Payments for services rendered are due upon completion of the work. (i.e. If a client is billed for 3 hours of service on Sunday, payment is due on Sunday.) -Any products or items needed for organizing may be purchased by A-List Organization or the client. If A-List Organization purchases the product, it will be added to the bill, plus a 25% delivery fee. Delivery fee is added to the total amount of merchandise purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is a consultation with the client at their home. After the consultation, I send a proposal with estimated time frame for completion and costs. Consultations are a flat rate and if the client chooses to move forward, the fee is applied to the hourly rate for service. Clients may help with the process but it is not required.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Through professional organizations I educate myself on home and office organization, meal planning, interior decorating and time saving tips. My fashion expertise is inherited and I also enrolled in graduate for fashion at the Academy of Art University. I'm always the person friends call when they want help with their wardrobe. Strangers even approach me and ask me to help them pick outfits in the stores! My style is truly a gift.
