Private Yoga Instruction
Absolutely AMAZING yoga instructor! She gave a demonstration to over 60 employees on mindfulness and simple breathing techniques. She also shared her personal experience with us on meditation. We loved it and plan to utilize the breathing exercises on a daily basis!!!Aug 13, 2019Verified
Jennifer came out and taught a class during wellness week at our office. She was very patient as many of us had not done yoga before. The group really enjoyed her class.Sep 23, 2019
Jennifer was full of knowledge in terms of yoga poses and dealing with my low back pain. I have a herniated disc due to years of physical labor and she helped alleviate my pain and also gave me poses and movements to take away and use on my own. Very professional, friendly, introspective, great warm personalityAug 8, 2019
I love working with Jennifer! She is real professional and her knowledge in Yoga is amazing! I had back pain for years and started working with Jennifer. I informed her what pain I was having and she immediately helped me out. After a few sessions with her I could tell the difference. I can honestly say I don’t have any more back pain, and I continue to work with Jennifer! She’s just amazing at what she does and great to work with!Aug 8, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rate is $100/class with 1 person and some additional travel costs but can negotiate fees if you’re wanting to meet multiple times a week! If you pay ahead of time for multiple classes, we can renegotiate a new sum total as well!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Let’s chat as much as possible beforehand about any injuries/pains you may have that affect your range of motion. Tell me all about what you’re looking to get out of the private session. We’ll figure out times throughout the week and a location that works best for you! The first time we meet up, I’ll take some time to seek out your range of motion, flexibility, strength, etc and we’ll go from there!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I received my 200 hour RYT certificate through YogaMazé based out of LA in February of 2015 and my 300 hour RYT through Meghan Currie Yoga in Nicaragua in 2016. I’m also Reiki levels 1 and 2 certified. I currently help lead a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in the Southlake area a few times a year and teach upwards of 15 public classes a week!
