- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a company who has been in the business for more than 20 years, the best way to guarantee you are getting the right price for your project is a free face to face consultation. Many times a homeowner believes the problem is worse than it really is and we insure you get the right service at the right price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a time to meet at the property and introduce ourselves. Then we have the homeowner walk the project with us, describe their concerns and together come up with a solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this business for decades and have acquired a great deal of knowledge. The one thing I stress to every new customer is, "I may know how to do a lot of things, but if can't fix it, I will just say so in the beginning." No time wasted and no money thrown away.
