DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE! Finding a moving company has been a really frustrating experience. Out of 13 companies - only 2 answered the phone, one being Special Ops. The other companies prices were astronomical, plus Special Ops is the one that responded to my Thumbtack bid. So really - just call them and save some time. I'm a little obsessive about details and very punctual, so it's important I hire a company that I know is responsive. Leslie spent 23 minutes on the phone with me answering all of my questions and being flexible with me (my move is small and under the minimum). My appointment is in March but I had to share what a positive experience I had in making my appointment. One would think that getting quotes is a pretty simple task but it's really frustrating when most companies won't answer their phone and if they do your met with attitude. Just save some time and book with special ops - I'll be posting a review as well after the move. Thanks Leslie!

I hired Reliable Movers & More for an in-town move and I'll hire them again next time I need to move. They showed up on time, worked diligently and acted very professionally. I couldn't be happier with the service they provided! One word of advice to anyone seeking moving services...always book first thing in the morning so that you can avoid being one of the reviews about how a moving company didn't show up, showed up 2 or 3 hours late, didn't respond to calls, etc.. If you don't book the first move of the day, you should expect this!

DNAssociates is the most professional and thorough cleaning company I have ever hired! They use quality products, have an impeccable work ethic and over deliver. Their professionalism, cleaning and organizing skills were very impressive! To avoid confusion of expectations, they provided a contract for you containing the agreed services--I love that!!! I highly recommend hiring DNAssociates! I have been disappointed by many cleaning people/companies in the past but not this time. I look forward to hiring them for scheduled cleanings.

I've worked with Chiara on 3 projects so far. I initially contacted her because we recently purchased a new home that needed to be completely updated. We did an initial consultation and also met at the house so she could see the space. She presented a paint selection which we were both happy with at the first try. We only made some minor adjustments to the first colors she chose due to the lighting in the house. In addition to the paint selection she found painters who were top notch - and they did the job in on a tight schedule. For the sake of this review I won't go into extreme detail but the week of our move we were on a previously planned vacation and I had no hesitation giving her a key to the house for access for herself and the painters while we were gone. She supervised the job while we were gone and we were extremely happy with the result and having that done before moving in. At the last minute we decided we wanted to have the master closet redesigned and installed. She quickly created a functional design and found a contractor to do the building of the closet. While the installation of the closet itself took longer than I thought it would (this was not due to Chiara - our communication and expectations of the contractor could not have been more clear and besides, these things happen sometimes), I'm very happy with the finished product. Most recently I contacted her for the kitchen space. I purchased and refinished a kitchen table & chairs but wasn't sure about the color so I reached out to her to talk about the kitchen design even though we won't be starting that remodel until a later date. We did a consultation and talked about the design for the kitchen in detail. I was again very happy with the initial design and only made a few minor changes while we were talking about some of the details. She was able to get the kitchen chair cushions reupholstered for me in beautiful fabric that fits with the design we are doing in the house for a reasonable cost. Before contacting Chiara for the kitchen I was trying to figure it out myself and did some driving around town looking at fabrics. If you have never done that before it is completely overwhelming! I'm so glad I gave up on the DIY plan! She has oodles of resources, contractors, upholsterers, painters, people who do wonderful, quality work for a reasonable cost. We are currently working on floors for the extra bedrooms in the house. Truly, Chiara has been a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, prepared, she listens and works to incorporate your "vision" for your space while giving good design advice. She has been able to work on our timeline, doing one project at a time, little by little. I know a lot of people think that with Pinterest and HGTV you can do it yourself. Not true!! The investment in a designer for your home can make all the difference and without reservation I would recommend Chiara for any size project of whatever style/taste.

Suzy was great to work with even though I didn’t need her to stage my home because we got an offer on our house the same weekend. She responded quickly to my questions and saw my house before any other companies were available. Her quote was the best value out there! I paid upfront and received a contract, and she easily refunded the money to me once the contract was no longer needed.

Rocio did a great job and spent a lot of time at our house. She even took the time and reorganized our cabinets, which were in dire need of organizing. :) We have dogs and they were completely calm and relaxed and we were able to keep them loose in the house which is a huge plus to us. We have decided to keep using this company in a recurring service.

Dee did as she said she would for "light housecleaning" my bathroom was spotless and the stove and kitchen was done well. The only misconception was that I assumed that when dusting was done that that would include polishing the furniture. She vacuumed the carpets and changed the sheets on the bed. She was pleasant and on time. I will use her again.

My husband and I have three young children and extra time for home projects is difficult to find. Jolene made our closest much more efficient and our things much more accessible. The new system is very easy to maintain. It was worth the money to have someone so knowledgeable and professional do it for us!

Jen came to my house to help me organize a seriously disorganized linen closet. She worked quickly, and was very patient when I needed to help my young children. She even took the stuff I needed to get rid of with her, which would have probably ended up in a box to donate in the garage for a couple of months. It is 2 months later (and although my children pulled all the contents of the cupboard out) it is still organized. Even when the kids pulled everything out, it was pretty easy to put everything back where it went, because I had way less stuff and everything was labeled, so it wasn't overwhelming to clean up. It was fun organizing with her, and it helped me finally finish a project I had been procrastinating for who knows how long. It motivated me to continuing organizing my house and I am soooo much happier in my home. It feels so much more peaceful when you only have the things you use, and those things are in all the right places. I highly recommend hiring Jen to help you. She is a natural! Thanks Jen!

Rules of Arrangement came in and developed an operational structure for my business. They created a business plan for me, as well as a budget, expenditure document and policy and procedure manual to use with all of my employees. They provide continuous consultation for me with any concerns I have about running a business. They assisted me with filing all the proper paperwork with the state and city in order to register my business. They also assisted me with navigating business bank account options. I have also used them for grant writing services on separate occasions. I do not know where I or my business would be at this time without their assistance.

When we found out we were going to have a baby and were not able to move from are already cramped apartment, I knew it was time to call a professional. Becca was accessible and flexible to our schedule and her pricing was unbeatable. I would have paid 5 x what we did for the service we received. Our nursery brings so much peace of mind and she even found storage room to spare for future things! We could not have done this without her amazing eye for organization and style and I can't recommend her enough!
