About
My name is Amy Wolf, the owner of Wolfs Fitness & Nutrition. I have been a certified personal trainer for over a decade and hold additional certifications in senior fitness as well as sports nutrition. I have worked with a variety of clients over the years ranging from 9-74 years old with various goals and physical limitations.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and oftentimes fails when done alone. My goal is to change your view on fitness,so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
I offer two different training options. The first one being in a new semi private apartment gym in Corinth . The second option is mobile personal training where I travel to clients homes with equipment or utilize clients home gyms. Prices do vary depending on which training option you prefer.

Amy has been such a blessing to have. She is fun to be around and always makes sure you are performing exercises correctly, while pushing you to your limit. I dont think we have ever done the same exercise twice!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing starts at $60/hr to travel to clients to train -pricing goes up depending on distance.
Discounted training sessions are offered to clients who come to my semi private apartment gym to train.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On our first day of meeting I have clients fill out some paper work, figure out the clients BMI and talk about goals.
Clients will then go trough a quick fitness assessment and we get started on our first training session!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been really big into fitness. I went from playing sports in high school to competing in bodybuilding competitions in college. I found my calling and have never looked back
