- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Whats POP'N Balloons requires a retainer to hold your date/book your event. The retainer amount will be 50% of the total amount of your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Potential clients are sent an inquiry form to complete. This form helps me to get a better understanding of your vision and what you're looking for. Next, I'll send a quote/ proposal. If the customer is interested in working with the company....we will move forward with booking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a mom of 2 and got into balloon decor after planning and decorating years of parties...I love the fact balloon decor allows me to be creative.
