Contractors run into people like Michael all the time. They say they want one thing for a price and then they Keep changing their minds and wanting more stuff for even less. This guy Michael was so low as to even steal my rollers for furniture. And then try to sell them back to me. Some jobs you just have to walk from, Or you'll end up taking a big loss. You know what the old saying goes there's a bad apple in every bunch. Well he's definitely a rotten one so any contractors who see this stay away from Michael, And the restaurant Floyds on the water in Hitchcock. They will do nothing but try and rip you off. I'm usually a good judge about people but I was definitely wrong about this one.
Rated poor at this point...Remains to be seen whether it will improve...problems to date were are not within his control and will give him a chance to make it right and I have a reason to upgrade this rating.Jan 17, 2015Verified
