In thirty years of engaging with contractors, Joe Lopez is hands down the best I have ever seen. Joe is responsive, exceptionally professional and his work quality is outstanding. He installed LVP flooring in our house and returned to do tile work to help us with a plumbing issue. Joe and his team were on time and finished on or before schedule. Joe and Tony did a great job replacing 1100 sq ft of flooring in my home with luxury vinyl planks. Their work ethic is above and beyond, they accomplished the work in an amazing 2 days time, and I feel I definitely got my money's worth. I recently worked with Fast and Easy Tile for the removal of old carpet and the installation of tile I had already purchased. Joe came out to provide an estimate and was extremely attentive—he listened carefully to my requirements and ensured he understood exactly what I needed. The estimate he provided was fair and aligned with my expectations. What truly stood out was Joe’s commitment to service. He went above and beyond by picking up the tile for me and storing it in my garage until installation day. The day before the project, he confirmed everything was on schedule and provided an estimated arrival time. On installation day, the team arrived on time and got right to work. Sam, one of the team members, was professional, respectful of my home, and meticulous in his work. Every detail we had discussed with Joe was executed perfectly—without any need for reminders or follow-up. The quality of the finished work was exceptional—clean, precise, and clearly done with care and craftsmanship. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
