As my life/wellness coach, I couldn't have found a better person than Sue. She demonstrates an ability to partner professionalism with personal caring. She possesses a high degree of knowledge that enables her to introduce and discuss an interesting and varied genre of "tools" and ideas for those she coaches. It is definitely easy to incorporate many of them into a person's daily life. Sue provides direction for making positive life choices without defining what those choices should be. I came to a realization about myself. I gained insight that carried over to life situations and continues to do so at the present time in my life. An example would be the struggle I had with defining myself too closely with being overweight. I have joined Weight Watchers and so far have lost over 30 pounds. One added benefit of this is the great report I got from my Dr. I also suffer from anxiety disorder. Sue provided me with some great coping skills. I no longer depend on medication to alleviate the fear and discomfort. I am able to "try new things", such as planning to get on an airplane, something I have not been able to do for 40 years. Sue has made learning about myself and learning not to define myself by what I can't do, but by what I CAN! Working, laughing and crying with Sue was truly a positive turning point in my life. On a personal note, Sue is one of the funniest, sweetest, most caring professionals I have ever worked with. I would, and have, highly recommended her to others.

Kevin is great. He has a passion for personal training and health. Cares deeply about his clients, and is dedicated to improving their fitness routines. He knows the right balance between encouragement and tough love. He knows exactly how hard to push, without pushing too far during a training session. Even thru any injuries he makes sure to constantly ask if your ok so that's a plus to know that he worries about your body. kevin is also flexible in scheduling workouts. He will accommodate to your schedule and will find the time to train you. Constantly varies the exercises for each session I never know what to expect, except that I'm going to work hard and feel lasting results. I was out of shape. I couldn't run a mile or walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded. I avoided the gym like the black plague. It was the last thing I wanted to do with my free time. Now I actually enjoy working out! I am a little stronger, little fitter, and have more energy. I can honestly say that ever since we began I feel better inside and confident. I still have a long way to go and thats fine because at the end of the day he makes sure that we are makinh progress to the goal that i gave him...It's all thanks to Kevin and his kick ass workouts.

I do not think it could have been better. Frances Woodley is an amazing coach. I have faith knowing I can always reach her for advice on meeting my goal and she responds quickly. She is motivating and knows what she is doing! So to add some humour (which she also has) to this if you feel you have an ever expanding a-- like I have felt at times she will definitely get you on track! She is very knowledgeable about the different programs through Beachbody and tips/tricks for Shakeology. I never had a fitness coach before, but I highly recommend her and do not wish to have another! Thank you Frances!
Jade truly made me feel like she cared about my progress and health. She was very flexible with her schedule and if for any reason I had to reschedule a workout she made it extremely easy. She always pushed me during excercises I didn’t feel like finishing and I can definitely say I earned a friend AND a trainer all in one. Would recommend her to everyone I know!

I charge 15 dollars for an hour of tennis I can travel to the student for 20 dollars an hour. I will teach you how to hit all the strokes needed to excel in the sport: Forehand, backhand, serves, and vollies. If you are interested in also making a workout of the lesson I have a speed latter, medicine ball, cones and resistance bands and we can workout in order to get better at tennis and to look better as well!
