My son and I met with Hugo yesterday and it was an exciting experience. Hugo gave my son the confidence that he needed to start his training program. Before meeting with Hugo my son was still hesitant and afraid to start a training program. After talking to Hugo he felt determined that Hugo was the perfect trainer for him. Thanks for all your words and support. He knows exactly what my son needs and wants, and and I am sure he will help my son achieve hia goals!!! We will post results pretty soon...

Love working out with Hugo Chico, he has exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Not only is he incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, he is also very down to earth and fun. Chico knows whats he's doing, and he does it well- he IS tough on you, and constantly makes you sweat (and swear) but its worth it. He is very intuitive- just the right amount of push and pull to get you in the shape you want without intimidation or any judgement. I came to him wanting results, and I've gotten them in a really short amount of time. Thank you Hugo, you a worth every penny!!

Every day is a new day for my muscles regardless of the time spent with Hugo. He pushes my body past the limits I thought I had, and makes me embrace the next level of fitness. I call him my Drill Sergeant because even when I want to give up, he encourages me to give more...after all this is his job to push me. I was in the condition I was because I had absolutely zero motivation, and was eating extremely unhealthy. He provided a meal plan, and checks in with me daily. In one month I have lost 3.5% body fat, and 13 lbs...numbers never lie. I'm stronger, feel better, and I have stopped longing for my daily naps. However, I will say that I easily fall asleep at night now because 1) I'm beat by bedtime from his daytime workout, 2) As much as I dread the workout and how he pushes me...I look forward to the next morning and continuing to see my body transformed

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Right from the beginning I was impressed. Within 5 minutes of posting a request for a personal trainer I was contacted by Hugo Chico. I was contacted by other trainers as well, Hugo Chico knew exactly what I was looking for in a training program and in a personal trainer. We met that week and talked about my what my goals were and how we would get there. By the following week we were on a training regiment that would help me hit my goals. He is a very thorough trainer and very knowledgeable on both training and dietary needs. I would HIGHLY recommend Hugo Chico if you are serious about getting healthy and getting in shape.*

I have been working with Hugo Chico for over a year now and that relationship has been both beneficial and extremely productive for me overall. He is highly aware and educated when it comes to the bodys physique and what is required to attain your personal goals. As a personal trainer, he has not only been able to help me address my previous injury issues and the associated work out pains but has actually taught me about different weight routing exercise programs to avoid further injuries. Hugo is not similar to other personal trainers that is, he doesnt only work with you during your scheduled one-hour session but also takes extra time to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with the results.
