Sam is an amazing trainer. It is evident that he is educated in his field because he not only trains well but offers important information. Aside from this he is dedicated to his clients and has never missed a session and is always prompt and extremely patient, with a great sense of focus and discipline. He works off a written plan and sticks to it with both short and long term goals, but flexible, tthat he communicates proactively. I would not be where I am in my fitness without his expertise. I highly recommend SamJun 12, 2015Verified
Sam was professional but attentive to my individual fitness needs. The progress I made in a month was astounding and wonderful. He encouraged me every step of the way, but never once allowed me to slack in the process. He was also very easy to talk to. I highly recommend Sam as a personal trainer.Jun 3, 2015Verified
Professional and made it fun but challenging. Availability to come to you is great at your own convenience. Being able to work around my schedule and payments. Great trainer and would recommend him to others.Mar 24, 2015Verified
Sam is very motivating and very patient. He understands that everyone is different and learns at a different pace. I payed for 10 sessions and am extremely pleased. I will be paying for 10 more. He is also very prompt and answers any questions you have. I highly recommend Sam to anyone who needs some direction in fitness and nutrition.Jan 14, 2015Verified

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Continuing education is imperative to personal trainers, not just because there are constantly new studies and exercise trends coming out but, I feel, you can never know everything about one topic and gaining new knowledge doesn't only benefit myself but I can use it to help my clints. To maintain my certification I'm required to achieve my continuing education credits every two years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always loved sports and being active, after leaving the Air Force I knew I still wanted to do something to benefit people. After my first certification I knew this was what I was going to be doing. It's just work if you don't have the passion and drive to be doing it, and training isn't work for me it's what I love doing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Strength training, Weight loss/management, Sports specific training (Baseball/Basketball/Football) Not only for adults but kids as well
