Introduction: I tailor a training program to each client's personal needs in a private setting in my home gym. I have had success with all ages and many special considerations. I am always happy to be able to help someone reach personal fitness goals. I offer a 20% discount for a prepaid package of 12 and 25% off for a prepaid package of 24. Seeing the improvement in my clients is so inspiring and satisfying, it makes what I do very rewarding.

An an Ironman distance triathlete, I've improved quite a bit since I started training with Linda. I've already taken 10 minutes off of my swim time. (This is significant as it is very hard to improve a swim time.) Linda is very personable and professional. She has been able to tailor a workout plan the compliments my triathlon training. I am very, very pleased. The best part is her knowledge. She is able to customize the workout to accomodate my knee issues, and I still get the expected benefit from the exercise.

Linda is very motivating. I have worked out for years, but wasn't really seeing too much benefit. Linda really helped push me to where I am now seeing some benefit with exercise. Just wish I could go more often.

I signed up initially for a block of 24 sessions. 3 times per week for two months. What a difference two months made! Linda carefully listened to me regarding my goals and put me on a program to reach them. I was so impressed with Linda's knowledge of the human body and her skill at putting fun and challenging workouts together each week. I gained five pounds of raw muscle in my first three weeks. My posture is much better and I am feeling fantastic. Ultimately I am a better Chiropractor since working with Linda. If you know what you want and aren't afraid to work hard to get it, then Linda will get you there. She knows what to do you just have to trust her! All I can say is THANK YOU!
