Alex and Nick did a good job! They were polite and professional. I moved from a townhome apartment and I had a lot of items even a Kings size mattress and adjustable bed frame. Also Andrew was very responsive and polite when I called to speak with him as well. I would recommend and use this company again. P.S. They stacked/placed the boxes and the other items better than that I have moved some things around.

Evan and Alex came to move me today and they were very polite professional and moved very efficiently I appreciate their service although some issues with my storage facility they were kind and willing to wait till it was rectified and I sincerely appreciate them for it .. I would def use platinum movers again

We moved 3 bedroom home from boston to plano, tx. Platinum movers were great. They helped us in unloading our truck in plano. They were quick to respond and the entire process was very smooth. Movers came right on time and were very pleasent to work with. The entire unloading took 5 hr 30 min. They helped in assembling the furniture as well. I am very satisfied customer.

Movers was great even though they were late they communicated what was going on Juan and his partner were very helpful and got everything set up great. There boss Andrew however isn't the most pleasant person to deal with but overall I would still recommend because they still came late at night.
