FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is personalized based on your goals, training experience, schedule, and level of support you need. I offer both online and hybrid personal training options, with pricing discussed during a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This gives us a chance to make sure we're a good fit before you commit to anything.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your goals, current routine, challenges, and what you're looking for in a coach. If we're a good fit, I'll recommend the coaching option that makes the most sense for you. From there, we'll complete an assessment and create a personalized training approach designed around your goals, schedule, fitness level, and lifestyle. We'll continue to monitor your progress and make adjustments as you go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Group Fitness Trainer, with additional education in corrective exercise, women's fitness, stretch and mobility and nutrition coaching. My approach combines strength training, mobility, conditioning, and practical nutrition strategies to help clients build sustainable results, not just follow another temporary workout plan. I have a particular interest in working with women and taking a hormone-informed approach to fitness, recognizing that factors such as menstrual cycles, menopause, stress, energy levels, and life stage can influence how a woman feels and performs. My goal is to help women build strength and change their bodies without relying on extreme restriction or one-size-fits-all programs.
